How long will does it take for me to get my recommendations?
Once I receive the filled out questionnaire about your house, you can expect your personalized color consultation packet in 2-5 days.
What will I receiving from you?
After I review your house and the questionnaire, you will receive a personalized PDF packet with image renderings of your house with 3 different roofing colors based on your questionnaire requests/answers as well as personalized recommendations and guidances on how to choose the best roof color for your specific situation. You will also get a style guide with additional advice for your exterior.
What information will you need from me?
When you purchase one of the packages, I will send you a short questionnaire to fill out so I can learn more about your house and goals. The questionnaire asks about your house, any vision/inspiration you have, the shingle samples you have been provided by your roofer as well as a section for you to add photos of your house and other details.
Do you need my address?
I use your address to look up your house on Google Streetview to get an idea of your neighborhood's aesthetic. This helps me understand the neighborhood environment your house is in and subsequent design decisions. But, you do not have to provide your address if you don't want to.
Do you offer color recommendations with other roofing materials like metal, or tile?
Sure! I provide roof color consultations for shingle, metal and tile roofing materials. I just need to be able to get all the roof material color options information from you (which you can get from your roofer).
I have an inspiration houses that I want to copy. Can you help with that?
Absolutely! I can help match the shingle color to your inspiration. I am not currently offering exterior paint recommendation. If that is something you are interested in, please let me know so I can add it in the future.
I am wanting to see a few specific roofing colors on my consultation images. Can I choose the colors?
Of course! I can consult on specific roofing color(s) you are interested in seeing or I can provide my own recommendations or a combination of both.
How do we communicate with each other?
I keep all communication in emails so you will easily be able look back at any recommendation if you need them at a future date.
What should I expect when I buy a consult package?
Once you make a purchase, I will email you a information gathering questionnaire for you to fill out. Once I receive the filled out questionnaire and photos of your house, I will get to work creating your personalized color guide with house renderings with different colored roofs and well as detailed recommendations and explanations. If you have any questions beyond that, you can shoot me an email and I will get back to you with any answers.
